THE WEEKEND STARTS HERE.
Custom Homes in Round Top, Texas
Round Top Reserve is a limited community of just 20 custom homes by Metropolitan Custom Homes, thoughtfully planned across 50 acres near the heart of Round Top, Texas. Approximately two-acre homesites offer space and privacy just minutes from historic Round Top Square and the Round Top Festival Institute at Festival Hill.
The idea behind Round Top Reserve is simple: create homes that belong here. Architecture takes its cues from the character of Round Top and the surrounding Texas countryside, with homes designed to sit naturally on the land. It is country living with room to breathe, while keeping the restaurants, shops, galleries, music and culture of Round Top close at hand.
The Showcase Home at 115 Reserve Way
For more than 25 years, Metropolitan Custom Homes has built distinctive custom residences throughout Houston, with a particular focus on the Memorial Villages. Known for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and a highly personal approach to building, Metropolitan brings that same experience to Round Top Reserve—creating homes designed specifically for the way people live, gather and entertain in Round Top.
Round Top Living
Round Top has a way of changing the pace. Mornings are quieter, back roads are worth taking, and dinner, music, shopping and friends are never far away. It’s country living with a creative, cultural energy all its own—and a place that makes arriving for the weekend feel like coming home.
